FUTURE MOVES GRADUATE PROGRAM

Job description

The programme consists of 3 periods of 8 months:
the first period will take place on one of our platforms and
will enable the young managers to discover our
activities and business. Each participant will then
continue their course abroad in a support function,
attached to the general management of a country or
the Group. Finally, for the third period they will be back
in their country of origin to continue their development
in a support or operational role.

Profile

- You are an engineering school, business school or university graduate (graduating in 2015, 2016 or 2017)

- You have had some initial experience abroad (training placement or university exchange)

- You speak English and another language fluently

What we offer

These periods of professional immersion are
completed by an international training programme.
In addition, all the trainees will be personally supported
by a mentor who ensures that they integrate
successfully
